About TSG
A TSG Concessionaire S.A. is responsible for the implementation, operation and maintenance of the Santos-Guarujá Tunnel, Brazil’s first immersed crossing. With a 30-year term, the concession will enable a link that will expand mobility between Santos and Guarujá, strengthen logistics at the Port of Santos and contribute to the development of Baixada Santista and the country.

TSG Concessionaire assina TTI e avança com o Santos-Guarujá Tunnel
A TSG Concessionaire assinou nesta terça-feira (7) o Termo de Transferência Inicial (TTI), documento que marca o início da contagem dos prazos previstos no contrato de concessão do Santos-Guarujá Tunnel. Com investimento estimado em R$ 6,8 bilhões, o empreendimento será a primeira travessia imersa do Brasil.
