About Us

A TSG Concessionaire S.A.

Our work goes beyond building an engineering project. TSG exists to enable a new connection between Santos and Guarujá, expanding urban mobility in Baixada Santista and strengthening logistics at the Port of Santos, one of Latin America’s largest port complexes and a cornerstone of the Brazilian economy. By improving this connection, we contribute not only to the region, but also to the country’s foreign trade competitiveness.

TSG is a Special Purpose Entity (SPE), established specifically to manage the Santos-Guarujá Tunnel.

Throughout the entire concession period, we act with responsibility, transparency and constant dialogue with public authorities, society and the communities of Santos and Guarujá directly affected by the project.
